Does ARC test ChatGPT?

No. ARC tests whether agents in general can reach and check out, and doesn't speak for any single assistant.

Why might ChatGPT not buy from a store that ARC rates well?

Each assistant has its own merchant programmes and rules, which ARC doesn't measure.

How often is the store checked?

Each store page shows the date of its latest check.

Can ChatGPT buy from a store?

ARC doesn't test ChatGPT itself. It checks whether any AI agent can reach a store, read its products and get to checkout, and publishes the result per store. Look up a store on ARC to see if agents get a checkout link and whether the store blocks automated agents. Whether ChatGPT lists it depends on OpenAI's own rules.

Short answer

Look up the store at /store. The page says what ARC measured: checkout link, block, and browser cart when a score exists. It does not say whether ChatGPT will buy there.

What ARC measured

Each store page has an answer block for this question, filled from that store's saved check. A missing line is not a no, and it is not a mark against the store.

What ARC can't tell you about a specific assistant

Whether ChatGPT will buy from a named store: Not measuredNot measuredOpenAI's own merchant rules decide that. ARC does not test the ChatGPT app.

How to check another store

Paste any address at /agent-checkout or open /store. The same block is on every store page, including for Gemini and Muse. Muse is Meta's personal agent, powered by its Muse Wonder models. ARC does not test those apps.
