ARC INDEX · FACT CHECK

What agents get wrong

When a real Grok read names another product, that is the first line. Under it, a mismatch is shown only when the store's own page genuinely disagrees. A price range that contains the store's price, a few cents of rounding, or a different currency is not a mismatch.

What Grok tells shoppers is a real model call via API, checked against the store's pages, not the consumer Grok app. Whether agents reach checkout is two lanes: a real HTTP check of the store's agent catalog, and five ARC browser cart tests. Those attempts are not a live Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw session. The score is the browser lane. The catalog check does not change it.
