Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ARC (the “Agentic Report Card”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting the MCP server, or running a scan, you agree to them. If you’re using ARC for an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
What ARC does
ARC sends personal-agent shoppers against a URL you provide and reports how far they get toward checkout (they always stop before payment), where they get stuck, and what Grok told a shopper. What Grok tells shoppers is a real model call via API, checked against the store's pages, not the consumer Grok app. The five cart attempts are ARC browser cart tests. They are not a live Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw session. A separate check asks the store's agent catalog over HTTP. It leads the buy verdict and does not change the score. ARC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Spear Street Technology, SpaceXAI, OpenAI, or the OpenClaw Foundation, and does not run those companies’ consumer apps. Results are informational and not a guarantee of any outcome.
Acceptable use — authorization to scan
You may only scan websites that you own or are otherwise authorized to test. You are responsible for your use of ARC and for having the right to test any URL you submit. You agree not to use ARC to attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system, to infringe anyone’s rights, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Accounts
Sign-in is by one-time email link. Keep access to your inbox secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Cost
ARC is a free, open research project. There are no paid plans and nothing to buy. Free scans have daily limits so the service stays up for everyone.
Service availability & “as is”
We work to keep ARC reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. A scan reflects what our agents encountered at a moment in time; it isn’t exhaustive and a site can behave differently for different visitors. You shouldn’t rely on ARC as your only signal for a business or legal decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC and its operator won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Intellectual property
We own ARC, its software, and its reports’ format. You own the data you submit and the underlying results about your store, and may use them freely.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email. You may stop using ARC at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
