How to ask ARC to correct a saved check or remove a store page, and how to stop ARC checking your store.

Ask for a correction

Email arcreport@mail.grokbot.com with the store page address (for example /store/example.com), what you think is wrong, and anything that shows it, such as a link or a screenshot. We read every request, re-check the store when that helps, and fix the page or the dataset when the saved check was wrong. Fixes to published numbers are logged in the method changelog.

Ask for a removal

Store owners can ask us to remove a store page by emailing arcreport@mail.grokbot.comfrom an address at the store's domain, or after proving control with a store claim.

Stop ARC checking your store

Add User-agent: ARCbot and Disallow: / to your robots.txt. ARC reads robots.txt before every check and stops checking a store that disallows ARCbot. Earlier results are frozen, marked as opted out, and left out of every percentage. Details are on the ARCbot page.
