Can Shopper B buy from your store?

Shopper B added the product to the cart at 54 of 83 published Index stores where this shopper has a result. The most common stop is Couldn't add it to the cart (17 stores).

83 of 89 Index stores have a published score. Latest test for Shopper B: 6 Oct 2026. Retest pending rows are not counted.

What Grok tells shoppers is a real model call via API, checked against the store's pages, not the consumer Grok app. Whether agents reach checkout is two lanes: a real HTTP check of the store's agent catalog, and five ARC browser cart tests. Those attempts are not a live Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw session. The score is the browser lane. The catalog check does not change it. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Spear Street Technology, SpaceXAI, OpenAI, or the OpenClaw Foundation.

How this shopper is set up

Shopper B takes a visible size and clicks an obvious Add to bag. OpenClaw only follows labelled controls. A block at the door stops all five.

This is how the ARC browser cart shopper is allowed to act. It is not a count from the Index, and it is not the agent-catalog check.

What Shopper B gets wrong

  • Couldn't add it to the cart · 17 stores

Use a real Add to cart button that works without a custom script, and show that it worked (a cart count, a drawer, or an “added to cart” line) so a personal agent can tell the click landed.

  • Blocked at the size picker · 4 stores

Expose variants as labeled, accessible controls (radio or select with aria + stable ids and machine-readable values). Pre-select a sensible default, or let add-to-cart surface the required choice clearly instead of silently failing.

  • Stopped by a human-check · 3 stores

Don't gate browsing or add-to-cart behind CAPTCHA. Reserve challenges for genuinely high-risk actions, and let verified agents pass.

  • Store blocks automated agents at the door · 2 stores

Let personal agents fetch the product page. Keep bot checks on checkout, not the catalog.

The shopper did not finish on ARC's side. That is not a fault in the store, and it is not counted as a stop.
