How do I compare my store's agent readiness with competitors?
Look up each store on ARC. Every store has a free page with the same checks, and ARC's Index lists stores by category, such as apparel, beauty and electronics. Compare like with like: the same date, the same check type and the sample size. Add missing competitors through the free submit form.

Look up stores one by one
Every checked store has a page at /store/{host} with the same HTTP checks. Index stores also have a browser cart result when a score was published.
Category lists
The directory groups stores by category. The table is the Measured Index only: inferred scores and unscored stores are not in these counts.

Using the open dataset for a bigger comparison
Per-store rows are on /data, CC-BY-4.0. Filter to one snapshot date. Do not mix a browser score with an HTTP checkout link and call them the same result.
Comparing fairly
Same period, same lane, and n written next to the rate. Platforms with fewer than 20 completed checks are too few to judge. The leaderboard is a fixed set of 100 stores, which is a different sample from the Index.
Add missing stores
Submit a missing competitor at /agent-checkout/submit, up to 50 at a time. It is checked first. Until that check finishes, the store is not a zero.
