Which product categories are easiest for AI agents?

In ARC's Index, how often shoppers reach the cart varies by category. This page shows, for every category, how many stores were scored, how many had all five shoppers add to cart, how many had none, and the median score. Fewer than 10 Measured scores is too few to rank.

Short answer

Easiest, on this page, means the highest share of Measured stores where all five browser shoppers added the product to the cart. Categories with fewer than 10 Measured scores are too few to rank. This is ARC's Index sample, not the whole market.

Why some categories are harder

A size or colour picker, a bundle, or an age check can stop the shopper before the cart. The stop reason is on the store, not a verdict about the category. ARC does not publish a separate cause for each category.

Small samples

Fewer than 10 Measured scores is too small to rank. The counts still show. A small category is not a zero.
